Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Welcome to Beijing, a historic capital filled with timeless charm. Wide avenues, magnificent gates, and grand imperial palaces tell stories of China’s long and glorious past. Upon arrival, your private guide will meet you at the airport or train station and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2: Beijing
After breakfast, visit the Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties prayed for good harvests (including the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, Echo Wall, and Circular Mound Altar). After lunch, continue to Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest city-center square, followed by an in-depth visit to the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties and the largest ancient palace complex in the world.

Day 3: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and well-preserved section of the Great Wall. On the return journey, enjoy a drive-by view of Beijing’s Olympic landmarks, including the Bird’s Nest, Water Cube, and Ice Ribbon. Later, explore Prince Gong’s Mansion, the largest Qing Dynasty princely residence, followed by a visit to Shichahai for an authentic hutong experience. Day 4: Beijing to Xi'an
Visit the Summer Palace, the largest and best-preserved imperial garden in China. Stroll along Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill, and the famous Long Corridor. After lunch, transfer to the railway station and take a high-speed train to Xi’an, the ancient capital and eastern gateway of the Silk Road.

Day 5: Xi'an
After breakfast, visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s greatest archaeological discoveries, known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Special Included Experience: Terracotta figurine-making or restoration experience After lunch, visit the Bell and Drum Towers and enjoy cycling on the Ancient City Wall. Later, explore the Muslim Quarter, followed by an evening visit to Tang Dynasty Ever-Bright City. Special Included Experience: Hanfu (traditional Chinese costume) experience

Day 6: Xi'an to Zhangjiajie
Visit the Shaanxi History Museum, Xi’an Museum, or Shaanxi History Museum Qin–Han Branch, showcasing the deep cultural heritage of ancient China. After lunch, fly to Zhangjiajie, where your local guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 7: Zhangjiajie
Explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China’s first national forest park and a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Visit Yuanjiajie, the inspiration for the floating mountains in Avatar.

Day 8: Zhangjiajie
Visit Tianmen Mountain, famous for the natural wonder Tianmen Cave and its dramatic mountain roads. Walk along the world’s longest and highest glass skywalk, offering thrilling views from over 300 meters above ground, often called the “Oriental Skywalk.”

Day 9: Zhangjiajie to Guilin
After breakfast, take a high-speed train to Changsha South, then continue by high-speed train to Guilin. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 10: Guilin
Enjoy a guided hiking tour of the Longji Rice Terraces, an impressive agricultural masterpiece with over 2,300 years of history. The terraces cascade from river valleys to misty mountaintops, creating a magnificent landscape known as the “stairway to the clouds.”

Day 11: Guilin to Yangshuo
Cruise along the legendary Li River, famous for its ever-changing scenery—emerald peaks, misty hills, and poetic reflections. After lunch, explore Yangshuo West Street, a historic street with over 1,400 years of history and traditional architecture.

Day 12: Yangshuo to Shanghai
Enjoy a scenic cycling experience through Yangshuo’s countryside. Recommended Route: Yangshuo Town → Butterfly Spring → Totem Ancient Road → Gongnong Bridge → Chaoyang Wharf → Xiangshui Bridge → Yangshuo Town (approx. 6 km) After lunch, transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai.

Day 13: Shanghai
Begin your day with an immersive walk along The Bund—a waterfront promenade lined with elegant European colonial-era buildings, offering postcard-perfect views of the Huangpu River and Pudong’s futuristic skyline (home to Shanghai Tower, Oriental Pearl Tower, and more). After lunch, ascend Shanghai Tower—China’s tallest building—to its top-floor observation deck for sweeping 360° panoramic views of the city. Next, wander along bustling Nanjing Road—China’s iconic pedestrian shopping street—filled with shops, restaurants, and street performers. Escape the crowds at Yuyuan Garden, a classical Chinese garden with winding paths, lotus ponds, intricate pavilions, and rock formations. Explore the lively Yuyuan Bazaar (ideal for picking up souvenirs like jade carvings and silk products) before ending the day with a leisurely stroll through the tree-lined streets of the Former French Concession. This charming district is renowned for its colonial villas, cozy cafés, boutique shops, and laid-back atmosphere.

Day 14: Departure from Shanghai
Your guide and driver will transfer you from the hotel to Shanghai Pudong International Airport for your departure flight.
