Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Today marks your arrival in Beijing, a city where imperial legends and modern life blend seamlessly among grand avenues, ancient gate towers, and majestic palace walls. Upon landing, your private guide will greet you in the arrival hall and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is left for you to relax or adjust to the new environment at your own pace.

Day 2: Beijing
Begin your day with a visit to the Temple of Heaven, where emperors once prayed for good harvests. Explore its iconic structures— including the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests and the Echo Wall—while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding park. Continue to the Forbidden City, the world’s largest imperial palace complex, to immerse yourself in centuries of royal history and the stunning traditional architecture that defines this UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way back to the city, enjoy exterior views of several of Beijing’s most iconic Olympic landmarks, including the Bird’s Nest, the Water Cube, and the Ice Ribbon. Day 3: Beijing to Xi'an
Today begins with a journey to the Badaling Great Wall, the most celebrated and iconic section of this ancient wonder. Walk along its stone ramparts, admire the sweeping mountain views, and appreciate the enduring legacy that has inspired countless world leaders. Later, continue to the Shichahai area to experience authentic Beijing hutong culture, where narrow alleyways, traditional courtyards, and local life come together in a charming historical setting. Enjoy a special included experience—a traditional rickshaw ride through the hutongs. In the afternoon, your guide will transfer you to the train station for your high-speed train to Xi’an. Upon arrival, your Xi’an guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel for a restful evening.

Today you will visit the world-renowned Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Walk among the vast excavation pits and discover the remarkable craftsmanship of the thousands of life-sized soldiers that have guarded Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s tomb for more than two millennia. This morning, visit one of Xi’an’s top museums—either the Shaanxi History Museum, the Xi’an Museum, or the Shaanxi Archaeology Museum—depending on availability. Each museum offers an impressive overview of China’s ancient civilizations and the central role Xi’an played in early Chinese history. After lunch, transfer to the train station for your high-speed train to Shanghai. Upon arrival, your private guide will take you to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 6: Shanghai
Today begins with an in-depth walk along The Bund, where colonial-era architecture lines the riverbank opposite the glittering skyscrapers of Pudong. After lunch, head up the Shanghai Tower for commanding citywide views from China’s tallest building. Continue with a stroll along Nanjing Road, the country’s busiest shopping street, before visiting Yuyuan Garden to appreciate its classical Chinese landscaping. Spend some time wandering through the nearby Yuyuan Bazaar before ending the day with a peaceful walk through the Former French Concession, known for its tree-lined boulevards, boutique cafés, and elegant European-style architecture.

After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, your Hong Kong guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest or exploration at your own pace.
