Day 1: The Day Before You Go
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, here are a few things to know before your tour: Pick-up time and guide contact: We'll confirm your exact pickup time and guide details the day before the tour via email / SMS. If you don't receive this info by 8 pm, please contact us. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as some areas involve light walking. Bring your passport, as it may be needed for attraction entry or pickup. Dress according to the weather; a light jacket is suggested in spring and autumn. The tour operates in most weather conditions; in case of extreme weather, we'll contact you in advance.

Day 2: 6:30-7:30
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and head to Ganhaizi Meadow. This is the best spot for the Golden Peaks. Especially from 6:50-7:30, you can capture the "Sunlight on Golden Peaks" in favorable light, admire the snow-capped mountains glow golden under the blue sky.

Day 3: 7:30-8:00
Ganhaizi Meadow → Glacier Park Cable Car Station 20 minutes shuttle bus to the Cable Car Station. You may start acclimatizing to the high altitude by using oxygen if needed.

Day 4: 8:00-10:30
Glacier Park Core Area → the 4,680m viewing platform (approx. 1.5 hours, total ascent 174m) Hike along the boardwalk, enjoy close-up views of glacial crevasses and seracs. Tips: You may wear a hat to protect against strong winds. Please hold your phone securely.

Day 5: 10:30-11:30
Descend & Lunch Take Cable Car down and transfer to the Impression Lijiang show theater. Enjoy a simple lunch (bring your own sandwiches or buy at the venue).

Day 6: 11:30-12:30
Enjoy a 1-hour Impression Lijiang Show, a spectacular outdoor show staged in the open air at the foot of the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, using the mountain itself as the natural backdrop.

Day 7: 12:30-14:30
Take shuttle bus to the Blue Moon Valley. Stroll along the wooden boardwalk (approx. 2 hours). Visit Taiye Lake, Jingtan Lake, and Blue Moon Lake that shimmers in a stunning Tiffany blue with perfect mountain reflections. You may rent ethnic costumes for photos (at your own expense).

Day 8: 14:30-15:30
Blue Moon Valley → Spruce Meadow (Optional, for those with good physical condition) Take the cable car to Spruce Meadow (approx. 10 minutes). Walk through the spruce forest boardwalk, enjoy the forest and snow-capped mountains.

Day 9: 15:30-17:30
After the tour, you driver will transfer you back to Lijiang. On the way back, you can enjoy distant views of snow-capped mountains.
