Day 1: Arrival in Guangzhou
Upon arrival in Guangzhou by flight or high-speed train, your guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in and rest.

Day 2: Cantonese Dim Sum & Street Food Experience
Begin your culinary journey with a Michelin-level Cantonese morning tea experience. Enjoy classic dim sum such as shrimp dumplings (har gow), flaky barbecued pork buns, abalone swan pastries, olive kernel sachima, bird's nest egg tarts, and XO sauce radish cakes. After breakfast, visit the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, a masterpiece of Lingnan architecture showcasing exquisite wood, brick, stone, ceramic, and clay carvings, as well as painted murals—often hailed as a gem of southern Chinese architectural art. Continue to Qingping Market, a historically significant trading hub, especially renowned for its traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients. Your guide will introduce the refined use of herbs and seasonings that distinguish Cantonese cuisine. Lunch is served at Guangzhou Restaurant, one of the city's most iconic establishments, for an authentic Cantonese meal. In the afternoon, stroll along Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street to sample local desserts and snacks.

Day 3: History, Heritage & Food Alleys
After breakfast, visit the Nanyue King Museum, an important archaeological museum built on the site of the ancient Nanyue Kingdom. Highlights include the Imperial Seal of Emperor Wen, horn-shaped jade cups, and a jade burial suit, treasures of immense historical value. After lunch, enjoy a leisurely walk through Lychee Bay Park, exploring the charming lanes of Pantang Wuyue and Baxian Alley. Sample authentic local snacks along the way. In the evening, those eager for more flavors can further explore Guangzhou's vibrant food streets.

Day 4: Shunde Culinary Discovery
Begin the day with panoramic views from White Pagoda Hill, followed by a walk across Zhongshan Bridge, known as the "First Bridge over the Yellow River." Visit the iconic Yellow River Mother Sculpture, a symbol of Lanzhou. Next, explore the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Museum, where you will learn about the city’s most famous dish and try hand-pulling noodles yourself, guided by a local master. In the evening, explore Zhengning Road Night Market, sampling grilled skewers, fermented sweet rice, milk-egg rice wine, and spicy cold mung bean noodles.
